Welcome! We're easy to find!

We're located on U.S. Hwy 79 -- just three miles north of Emerson, ten miles south of Magnolia, and thirteen miles north of Haynesville, Louisiana. Our campus is easy to spot. Just look for our big green sign!

When you arrive, feel free to park in either parking lot. You can easily navigate to the Sanctuary or Sunday school rooms from the front or side door. The Fellowship Hall is most easily accessed from the side parking lot. A gravel drive behind the church leads to the bus garage and youth building.

Sundays at Brister

Church can be an intimidating place to visit — especially if you don’t know what to expect. While our pastors generally wear a coat and tie, few others do. Those attending services at Brister wear everything from dress attire to jeans. We're more concerned with what's on the inside than what's on the outside.

Our Sunday morning service lasts approximately one hour, and our Sunday evening service lasts about 40 minutes. Childcare is available during the morning worship service for those newborn through currently enrolled in kindergarten.
